I am a dedicated, empathetic, and resiliency-oriented professional. I offer extensive theoretical knowledge and years of experience providing individual, couples and family counseling. I am passionate about working as part of a community to deliver the guidance, support, and resources that enable individuals to remove constraints, improve relationships, and engage with their surroundings with more intent and confidence. Of all my experiences over the past 7 years as a mental health professional, I owe much of my growth to my clients. I continue to be amazed by client's insight, motivation to change and grow, and the commitment to the challenging process of therapy. I cannot wait to engage in the next part of my journey in this career. I feel it is a privilege to be in this profession and I move forward in reverence for the resilience and passion I have witnessed.
